From Operations to Market Infrastructure
The founding insight was direct: the largest inefficiencies in mortgage and private credit markets exist between participants, not within them. Every transfer, diligence exercise, and secondary market transaction requires reconciling data, documents, ownership records, and collateral information across counterparties. No shared infrastructure exists to eliminate that friction. The Registry is built to be that infrastructure — starting with mortgage and private credit, and expanding to the full complex financial asset ecosystem.
